The site where Filipinos tasted their very first victory against the Americans which is now known as the Battle of Macahambus Hill.
The Macahambus Cave and Gorge in Cagayan de Oro is a historical site dating back to the 1900s during the Filipino–American war wherein it served as a secret meeting place and hideout of Filipino soldiers. Also, it is the site where Filipinos tasted their very first victory against the Americans which is now known as the Battle of Macahambus Hill.
